About KEBODIA

KEBODIA serves the Kenyan diaspora in Botswana through community events, welfare support, business networking and cultural celebration. The association is based in Gaborone and is open to Kenyans living anywhere in the country.

The association has been led by successive chairmen: Dr. Nelson Kiama, first Chairman; Tom Atonga, second Chairman from 2018 to 2026; and Joseph Gitau, current and third Chairman.

Community events

Gatherings, sports days and national celebrations that keep members connected.

Welfare support

Standing with families through bereavement, illness and difficult seasons.

Business & culture

Networking between members and keeping Kenyan language, food and traditions alive.

It always seems impossible until it is done.
